Cieľom výskumu je identifikovať zmeny v dimenziách organizačnej kultúry mimovládnych organizácií spôsobenej pandémiou. Údaje boli vyzbierané od 586 respondentov prostredníctvom online dotazníka OCAI a následne boli zhromaždené a skúmané pre: stav pred COVID-19, súčasný a preferovaný stav.
