Porovnanie rastu dlhu v jednotlivých krajinách Európskej únie, so zreteľom na SR a ČR, a to nielen na úrovni miestnej samosprávy, ale aj vo verejnom sektore. Analýza jednotlivých výsledkov oboch krajín a niekoľko návrhov úpravy pre lepšie finančné hospodárenie.
