Skúmanie úrovne organizačnej kultúry v Česku a Poľsku a ich porovnanie. Skúmanie dát z dotazníkov deskriptívnymi štatistickými nástrojmi, koreláciou a neparametrickým Mann-Whitney testom. Výsledky poukazujú, že inovatívna kultúra je lepší model ako byrokratická alebo podporná kultúra.
