Inštitucionálne problémy v sektore bravčového mäsa v Českej republike. Výskum bol vykonaný v roku 2000 dotazníkovou metódou a metódou rozhovorov s manažérmi jednotlivých organizácií v potravinovom reťazci bravčové mäso. Zistené problémy - inštitucionálny pohľad.
